Partial, LLC (“Partial,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates getpartial.com and related applications and services (collectively, the “Services”). A. Information You Provide Directly

- Communications sent to support
B. Google and Microsoft Calendar Data
If you choose to connect Google or Microsoft services, we request and access only the minimum Google and Microsoft calendar user data strictly necessary to provide Partial’s core functionality. Depending on the features you use, this may include:
- Calendar event title/subject
- Event start and end times
- Event attendees and RSVP/response status
- Event identifiers and related metadata
- Basic account identifiers required for authentication and account linking
C. Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

- Diagnostic and performance data used for security and reliability

2) How We Use Information
We use personal data and calendar data to:

- Provide Partial’s calendar workflows and user-facing features

3) Use and Disclosure of Google and Microsoft User Data
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your Google or Microsoft user data to third parties for advertising, marketing, or other unrelated purposes. We may use calendar data to provide, maintain, and improve Partial’s services, including aggregated analytics and forecasting features that help users and organizations understand where time is spent and identify opportunities to save time. When we perform analytics at scale, we use de-identified and/or aggregated information wherever feasible, and we apply safeguards designed to prevent re-identification of individual users. We do not use Google or Microsoft user data for ad targeting.If we introduce materially new uses of user data, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, provide notice and obtain consent.

4) How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal data.We may disclose data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service Providers: We may engage carefully selected service providers (e.g., hosting, authentication, security, and analytics) that process data only on our behalf and under contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.

If you revoke provider permissions, some features may no longer function until access is reauthorized.
